So much happening...

Hey peeps, it been rather long...i guess haha

So what been happening for my 1 week break...

First up was band on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday which is today... throughout band i have learnt to be discipline and really.... listen more than i speak... I realise that there is still so much i don't know about music and of course so much to be learnt... :D

Secondly, I am very happy that i passed my church audition YAY!!!!! even though i had no confidence due to my stage fright which is really tying me down... i must and will learn to rise above it... Amen

Thirdly, I didn't went for Transcendence audition because of dry cough... Well it is quite saddening as i really wanna perform... its my last year in MI so i wanna contribute what i can give to the school for its support and thank the wonderful teachers i have... so i pray that i will recover and please have a second audition.. hehe

Fourthly, I learnt of the many blessing that i have... and often take it for granted...

Okie 45min to Kickboxing....

some reflection...

Yesterday the pre-U 3 had a motivational seminar and DANG!!!! it is FUN like HACK!!! all of us enjoyed ourselves... even though i started the day with a pinch of negativity which i am sorry for... but who knows, the entire programme went to a HYPE!!! i got to know so much about myself and about my friends and really it is very motivating... but ultimate fun part was the last part where we were blind folded and go through a series of obstacles... we had trust and communication... dang it was fun!!! I love my CLASS... period the best class i have ever had... I love you people... haha

Then came band... really band is getting fun... as i see myself improving in playing piccolo i really enjoy playing it now... hehe just pray that i dont go flat... lol

then had dinner with a crazy friend of mine... haha who puts sugar on their fries and BURGER????!!!!!!!!!! even though with all the madness... it was still crazily fun...

okie that's all for now... gonna kick some butt...lol

Wow its been really long...

So there have been lots of happening in school... which i am going to update you guys... its been half a month... lol thats so long...

Common Test
Firstly i had my common test about 2 weeks backs... got back my results... was not really happy as i did not reach my targets but still i am thankful that at least i maintained my grades for 1 and an improvement in another. I will work harder for the prelim 1... my goals will and must be met... Amen

H1 A levels
Well got back my result... although i passed my math which i am eternally grateful for... but i wanted better grades... anyway still i thank God for everything :D

Band
Band is going to get rather demanding in days to come... in fact it started... fridays practice is till 9pm... so i really got to rest up and get myself prepared...

Some personal update
Well i signed up for trancendance but frankly i dont know what songs i wanna sing...lol i have the back tracks already but still i can make up my mind... however for church audition, i have prepared a song but i cant make it due to kick boxing on saturday so hopefully i can get rescheduled....

Well past week i have not been feeling positive, things have been rather dull for me... i may not show it... but yes i am not feeling good... even my health was rather affected too...

But anyway i am feeling so much better now... haha

yes so thats for now... i am gonna hybernate... didnt hybernate enough...lol

Week updates...

Hello people so here is a update on what had happen the past week... I will first list the "troubling things" then to the happy things...

Troubling things
1) Firstly thins have not been smooth for me throughout this week... in terms of results for homework well i didn't do very well... i really don't know why... I have never got such bad results for my GP essay and despite me putting in effort, i still didn't do well... It is extremely frustrating... but i know this is something i must work on and improve... I will improve... but really i don't know what is the purpose of reading my mark to the class??????

2) Secondly after chatting with my friend, i was reminded how one of my friends like impose his personal standards and compare it with me... seriously the world in itself is pretty tough already, i don't need this friend to tell me how i should carry myself and judge me according to his standards...

because(this is to that specific person),

"i don't really know you on a personal level... so seriously, you should get over your insecurities about yourself... because you don't get anything by bringing others down... get over yourself... grow up...period"

I am really sorry i really have to vent my frustration... but really before we make any comment, make sure it is constructive... i really cant stand how that friend thinks he is such a man when compared to some of my friends... he may not verbalise it, but really, the way he judges them... says it all...

But really it is my fault, about the way i grew cold towards him... as i know that the way i handled the issue was not really not gonna make it any better... That i am really sorry for...

anyway away with all these sad stuff... lets move on and get happy :D

Happy stuff
1) firstly band orientation was fun... although i must admit how i first dreaded there... but someone when the thing started everyone was just into it... it is really fun... Thanks CY :D The year ones were really nice...

2) secondly, i must say i felt that i have accomplished something... i felt that i have accomplished something in PE... due to my past leg injuries, i was on a very long term MC so i didn't get to run...but now that i can, i am running again... i really love running alot...

Saturday
3) Thirdly, i went for Kickboxing this week... yay and it is fun... gonna take up level 2 after this course ends... i didn't went last week due to my lateness and all... but really i enjoyed myself alot...

4)After that i went for my favourite lesson... in fact the one i look forward to every week... That's voice lesson with my coach... He lessons are summed as fun, encouraging, insightful, helpful and i really learn alot!!! what's best are the improvements :D... despite the stressful week, he is able to just motivate me and encourage me... I am so thankful to God for a teacher like him... Thank you Jesus...

5) After Voice lesson i met my godma, she is soooo nice to me... she brought me to eat, karaoke and gave me my belated angbao... she is sooo sweet...

Sunday
6)Church today was fun... i learnt alot and of course had fellowship... we shared our jokes, lunch together... Thankful to have a family in Christ like them... also i borrowed two books from Church library... really forward to it give an answer to some of life tough question... hehe

So as mentioned despite all the storm and waves that sometime thing just get a too tough, He will never fail make the pain go away...


So here's an update on upcoming things...

1)common test the week after next on the 23/2
2)Cat exams on the 11/4
3) SYF...

here is a short update on yesterday and today

Voice Lesson
I am so happy, lessons were FANTASTIC!!! I am so grateful to God... I learned so much and i was really encouraged to keep improving... Really Brett's associate are just so good!!! ... I will only go to Brett and his associates for voice lessons... I am so so so happy... Thank you Jesus...

Class BBQ
Following that i went for the class bbq it was fun as i got to chat with friends and have a good laugh... HAHA Really miss some of my classmates...

Steamboat at friends house
Well after Church, we over to one of our friends house and we had steamboat... YAY!!! Yum yum... really nice to have lunch with a big group of bro and sis in Christ...

Upcoming stuff

It's been awhile...

So since the last blog update, things has not been rather smooth...

To start with on the Thursday after CNY, i was kinda lectured by my GP teacher... frankly, i am rather scared of him... I know it is my fault that my essay was really badly done... It is quite expected with only little and last minute effort, i cant ask for much... so for my second essay i really put in alot of effort... hopefully i will do well...

So moving on from that i had a few test of which i did badly... it is rather depressing... but really i have no one else to blame, but myself for the little effort placed in it...

Lord teach me to have self-discipline and not repeat the same mistake i have done...

So learning and moving on from my failures, here are the things i look forward...

Cat exams
So my CAT exam is next Saturday, this time i will make sure i will be prepared... This is my desire...

2 weeks later, Common test
I have to take it seriously to gage myself in terms of how much i know and need to improve from there... Lord grant me Thy wisdom...

Voice lesson
I really look forward to have voice lesson with one of Brett's associate this Saturday :D Really this is extremely exciting for me... plus i want to become a associate too :D Thank you Jesus for the opportunity...

Giving thanks
This year started with many things i want to give thanks...
Frankly after "floating" around pretty much alone... i finally have settled in my current church where there is so much loving and caring people... again God really open doors and His cup of blessing will overflow...

also i have get to know more friends that i know that influence me positively... really grateful...

Happy Chinese New Year

Ok today is Chinese New Year (CNY)... and i really enjoyed my time in Church and after that at a friends place... so fun...

Ok here a short update for last week...

Ok practically last week was rather busy with School CNY performance on Friday, followed by Helping in my friends church on Saturday and today's Church item...pretty much like a relay... though it can get a little tiring but for Him it is all worth it... plus i really really enjoyed myself with all the singing rehearsals... :D

Yesterday, i hang out with 2 of my besties too... we talked, laughed and enjoyed ourselves so so much... really i enjoyed myself... We should do this again...

Yea so anyway when school starts, things should get moving as it is before CNY... I really enjoyed myself throughout the break so now it is time to pick up the pace again and stride forward... God with You, all thing are possible...
